Nicholas Gurewitch’s The Perry Bible Fellowship is one of my favourite things on the Internet. Though the book—which recently joined my shelf beside Calvin & Hobbes as well as Far Side collections—contains some strips that can no longer be found online, it wasn’t difficult to assemble many of those that made me laugh out loud. I love the sometimes tremendous amount of chronological space between panels; couple that with an ever-present and very dark cynicism, and you’ve got a comic that I should stop talking about now lest I bleed words of praise.
If you’ve never read Perry Bible Fellowship, you have not read the greatest comic on the planet. That second one is new and utterly amazing.
